L-Carnosine is a dipeptide composed of the covalently bonded amino acids alanine and histidine. L-Carnosine is also a free radical scavenger. It is found in the brain, heart, skin and muscles, and has been the subject of several studies.

Directions: Take 1 tablet up to two times daily with a meal or glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.
